drum brush sound

it can get nasal sounding. but when the brushes are wire like, it's good.

So, listening to the drum brushes beat along with the Christmas sounds; no immediate pressure.

Take something!

Blinding pressure, well not blind but I can't focus on anything.
-I can't mention the rye-
don't want readers to think I drink too much.
"get some goddamn aspirin

Friends, it doesn't help when you yell.

epsom salt

Have I mentioned my obsession? I bathe in salt baths only on the weekends but I am going to try to work it up to three times a week.

This IS my exercise.

Now if you'll excuse me.

No pressure.

similar dreams

I felt The Empire State building falling and I was waiting for the impact.
Despite the few smokes and the conversation last night that went too late on the patio; sinus pressure is or has been at bay.
So I won't try to complain.
When I strolled into the lobby there was an announcement that there would be drills today.

The pressure is really high and inside; I can feel it near my nasolacrimal ducts.
I've lost my neti pot.
I've lost my marbles.

Thursday Morning Very Little Pressure

the black cat keeps stealing the foosball ball
there is a break in the heat wave and I am sleeping better.
The moral animal is growing and putting pees and poos in the potty.
I love my son.

There is a link between

Humidity and sinus problems. Beer and my belly. Stinky cheese and sweet wine. Coney Island and hot dogs. Let's get the rhythm of the hot dog. Double dutch.
Today is going to be humid.

I feel great

I have sinus pressure pretty bad today. I put an ice cube on the bridge of my nose, sneezed a few times, I took a hot shower, I took a few aspirn. I'm good.

I'm writing a little piece on crossover music in the 1970s.
I'm not writing that I am writing this.

Fucking distractions.

Later guys.

I show my anger towards the mariachi player, mood-swings and hyper-sensitivity to smells.
I deep clean the bathroom with Clorox bleach and drink a diet pepsi, on special occasions only.
I think about the hottest days in phoenix and being burned by the seat belt. I listen to Bob Weir and
I dream about the 1990s.

February. That doesn't roll off my tongue. So, what have I been up to? baths galore. up and down with love and ready for spring. I saw a cardinal this morning. hooray for eucalyptus bath salts, good for sinus pressure.

Salinger and Zinn died

Keeping the sinus pressure in check, all the other wrecks insist on getting in my way. God bless it.

Something that feels good

Is when a finger traces lines on your face. Or when a person checks your expression after saying something funny. Being challenged to have courage feels good, if I'm in the mood.

On one side

my sinus pressure generally stays on one side of my nose, the pressure is very very intense and lately I feel the pain all the way to my teeth. I know the climate is dry and that this contributes, I need a humidifier among other things.

I am thinking a lot about loyalty these days.

I got home from work last night, after one of the longest work weeks I can remember and immediately felt feverish and flu-like. All day I had intense sinus pressure, I knew something was up. In the cab I felt drunk, as soon as I stepped into the house the symptoms hit like a ton of bricks.

So I slept and rested. I'm not back to normal.

I love baths so much.

That's what time it is.

Vegetables too.

Well, let me tell you. No sinus pressure, no headache, so far so good.
changing moods, lighting, shifting gears from funny to serious
If I ever feel better remind me to spend some time with you.

Back to work tomorrow morn. It's cold, I have a lot to do. I have a lot to do in January.
More love.
